Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We offer free home delivery to your doorstep. For OCLI patients, we provide same-day delivery at no extra cost. For other medications, delivery timing depends on your location and order time. Contact us to learn more about delivery options in your area.
How do I transfer my prescription to MEDSCRIPT?
Transferring your prescription is easy! Simply call us at (516) 442-5783 or fax us at (844) 308-8767 with your current pharmacy information and prescription details. You can also have your doctor send your prescription directly to us. We’ll handle all the paperwork and coordination with your previous pharmacy.
What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept all major insurance plans including Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurance providers. If your medication isn’t covered by insurance, we offer competitive cash pricing programs. Call us with your insurance information, and we’ll verify your coverage and provide pricing information.

What are your hours of operation?
We’re open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM. We’re closed on Sundays. For urgent needs outside business hours, you can leave a message, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we open.
Can I get my prescriptions refilled automatically?
Absolutely! We offer automatic refill services and medication synchronization to ensure you never run out of your medications. We’ll send you reminders when it’s time for a refill, and with your approval, we can coordinate all your prescriptions to be ready on the same day each month.
Do you offer medication counseling?
Yes! Our licensed pharmacists are available for one-on-one consultations about your medications, including how to take them properly, potential side effects, drug interactions, and any questions you may have. We also provide comprehensive medication reviews and therapy management services.
