Just tell your doctor to send your prescription to Medscript Pharmacy, and we’ll take over from there. We take care of preparing your prescriptions and delivering them to your address or scheduling pickup.
There are two ways to send us your prescriptions: Your doctor can e-prescribe to Medscript Pharmacy or by phone or fax. Our NPI# is 1972973428 and fax number is 844-308-8767. If you have a paper prescription, you can drop it off at a Medscript Pharmacy in Rockville Centre.
We are located at 180 Sunrise Highway, Rockville Centre, NY, 11570. We are open from 9AM – 7PM Monday through Friday and 9AM – 1PM Saturday
We make it easy to switch over to Medscript Pharmacy. All we need is some information about your current prescription or refill, and we’ll contact your previous pharmacy to transfer over to us.
We manage your refills and send them over to you in a timely manner, so you don’t have to keep track of the dates – we’ll do that for you. We coordinate with your doctor and insurance company to make sure you never run out of your medications. Just ask about being put on our auto refill program and we will call you to schedule your delivery or you can pickup.
Yes, but your ID is required and we’ll need to get your signature upon delivery.
