How do I get started with Medscript Pharmacy?
Tell your doctor to send your prescription to Medscript Pharmacy in Rockville Centre and we take over from there. We prepare your prescription and either deliver it free to your address or schedule a pickup.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. We offer free home delivery to your door. OCLI patients get same-day delivery at no extra cost. For other medications, timing depends on your location and when you order, so call us to confirm delivery in your area.
How do I transfer my prescription to Medscript?
Call us at (516) 442-5783 or fax (844) 308-8767 with your current pharmacy's information and your prescription details, or use our online transfer form. You can also have your doctor send the prescription directly to us. We handle the paperwork with your previous pharmacy.
What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept all major insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurance. We also have preferred plans with reduced or zero copays. If a medication isn't covered, we offer cash pricing programs, and we can talk to your doctor about more affordable alternatives.
What are your hours?
We're open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM. We're closed on Sundays. Outside business hours, leave a message and we'll call you back as soon as we open.

Yes. Your ID is required, and we need your signature when we deliver.
